I've had this problem for a while now, and recently replaced the speed sensor thinking it was the problem. The odometer worked yesterday, but not today. The speedometer moves sometimes, but mostly stays around 57 when the car is running. Does this sound more like a bad signal from the speed sensor, or problems with the speedometer and odometer? The HICAS light is not on. If it is a bad signal, is there a connector or something that could be the source of the problem? I fixed a couple of wires from the trans harness, so there should be no problems from the sensor to the connector near the passenger headlight.
